Our creative strengths and design approach

At Rewire, we design with audiences at the center. Every creative decision starts with a clear understanding of who we are trying to reach, what they know, how they behave, and which barriers or enablers shape their choices. By studying audience knowledge, practices, and behaviors, we ensure that our creative strategies

METODOLOGY

Updating BRCIS branding guidelines

Phase 1: Rapid audit

Review the current BRCiS Brand Charter (Annex 1) against live programme outputs to identify specific pain points: inconsistencies in logo application, unclear co-branding rules, colour palette drift, typography misuse, and gaps in template coverage. The goal is a short-written diagnostic to be shared with the BRCiS focal point for alignment before any changes are proposed. *One round of feedback is included on this stage.

Phase 2: Refinement proposal and sign-off

Present a set of proposed changes – covering logo usage rules, colour and typography consistency, co-branding guidance for multi-partner and multi-country contexts, and any additions needed to reflect changes in BRCiS’ programming approach. *Two rounds of feedback are included on this stage.

Phase 3: Production of updated branding guidelines

Draft the updated, concise brand guidance note incorporating the agreed refinements. The new branding guidelines will include the set of new templates developed under this assignment. Ownership of all files transfers in full to BRCiS/NRC. *Two rounds of feedback are included to finalize the branding guidelines.

AARAN Visual identity development and logo package

Phase 1: Brand Exploration

Drawing on the draft AARAN logo concept,
the Theory of Change, and the refined
BRCiS brand system, Rewire will develop
three brand proposals for the AARAN visual identity. Each proposal will present a creative direction comprising a logo/isotype, a colour palette, typography, and one applied example demonstrating how the identity functions in context. NRC will select a preferred proposal or identify specific elements to carry forward. Rewire will consolidate these into a single refined concept following up to three rounds of feedback.

Phase 2: Branding guidelines

Following sign-off, Rewire will produce the finalized brand sheet documenting all core identity elements: the logo and isotype with usage rules, the full colour palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK values, primary and secondary font specifications, and a set of five custom icons aligned with AARAN’s thematic pillars. The complete logo package will be delivered in editable source files (AI or equivalent) and final-use formats including PNG files with transparent backgrounds and scalable vector formats (SVG/EPS), covering primary, secondary, and monochrome versions for use across digital, print, and community-facing materials. *Two rounds of feedback are included on this stage to finalize the branding guidelines
